I called regarding a listing Mahsheed had listed for sale and right away scheduled a showing. I was delighted to see how honest Mahsheed was in her dealings. I was receiving emails from Mahsheed with properties for sale, and I knew I wanted to purchase a high-rise investment this year. I started making appointments to view condos. We offered on one, and it did not go through as the seller was priced very high. Mahsheed did not pressure me into anything; rather, she understood where I was coming from and was very patient with me. We met Mahsheed by chance at a last-minute showing she arranged from a house we viewed on Zillow. Our talk began with her getting to know us and asking what we wanted in a house. She was able to identify right away that the house we were looking at was not really something we would be happy with. It was my pleasure to recently buy a house with Mahsheed. We hit it off from the get-go! She was so patient with both my husband and I as we traveled from the Bay Area in California to purchase a home in a 55+ community, Sun City Anthem.
