There were many obstacles since the offer was made and accepted. The issues with the HOA, owners, and our mortgage company are too many to list. This has been the hardest place to buy in my life. She immediately took control of the situation and did everything necessary to get the management of the unit on track and take over responsibility for dealing with day-to-day management in Las Vegas.
