My husband and I initially wanted to build a home, but with Mahsheed's help, we actually found a resale that was exactly what we wanted, with the plus side being thousands of dollars in savings (this house is highly upgraded—everything done!) and the biggest bonus was no eight-month wait for the house of our dreams. For our previous house, with a different realtor, we were suckered into way overpaying (blindly trusted), so we really came into this not trusting her at all, thinking she would try to be shady and just get her cut like our previous realtor.
